The last three months of the year are traditionally Bollywood's busiest, with festival holidays like Dussehra, Diwali and Christmas drawing big audiences. The final quarter of 2026 is especially strong, with a final chapter of a beloved franchise, a mythological epic and a Shah Rukh Khan action film. Here is every major Hindi release, month by month.
October 2026
- October 2 — Drishyam: The Conclusion. Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran and Jaideep Ahlawat star in the final chapter of the Drishyam series, directed by Abhishek Pathak.
- October 2 — Prem Keetanu. A drama with Veer Pahariya, Aafiya Sayed and Aparshakti Khurana.
- October 9 — Bokshi. A horror film directed by Bhargav Saikia.
- October 16 — Udta Teer. Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan in a Dharma Productions comedy.
- October 16 — Raftaar. Rajkummar Rao and Keerthy Suresh.
- October 16 — Prahaar: The Untold Story of Ujjwal Nikam. A courtroom biography from Maddock Films, also with Rajkummar Rao.
- October 16 — Nayyi Navelli. Yami Gautam in a comedy-drama.

November 2026
- November 6 — Lakadbaggha 2: The Monkey Business. Anshuman Jha returns in the action sequel.
- November 8 — Ramayana: Part 1. Nitesh Tiwari's epic with Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sai Pallavi and Sunny Deol, timed for Diwali. This is the biggest Indian release of the year.
- November 27 — Yeh Prem Mol Liya. A Rajshri family romance from Sooraj Barjatya with Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari.
- November 27 — Gunmaaster G9. Emraan Hashmi and Genelia D'Souza in an action thriller.
December 2026
- December 4 — Eetha. Shraddha Kapoor, Randeep Hooda and Nana Patekar in a biographical drama from Laxman Utekar.
- December 4 — Untitled Akshay Kumar – Anees Bazmee film. A comedy with Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan and Raashii Khanna.
- December 24 — King. Shah Rukh Khan's action thriller with Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone and Abhishek Bachchan, directed by Siddharth Anand.
- December 24 — Shakti Shalini. The latest film in Maddock's horror-comedy universe.

Most major Hindi films open in overseas markets on the same weekend as India, including the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the UAE. After the theatrical run, films usually arrive on streaming platforms several weeks later. Always watch through cinemas or official platforms.
